At an endurance event, the decisive moments don't wait. The grimace on the final straight, the relief at the finish line, the split second of pushing through. These happen once, and they don't repeat. Being in the right place to catch them is what photography means to me.

I'm Nick, a sports and event photographer based in Hessen, Germany, focused on endurance and fitness competitions like Hyrox, Ironman, and other race formats. I'm at the start of this journey, and I bring that to every shoot: genuine enthusiasm, full attention to the athletes in front of me, and the drive to keep getting better with each event I cover.

My path into photography started behind the camera at a friend's race. Standing at the course, I noticed how few images truly captured the intensity athletes put in. That gap is what pulled me into this and it still shapes the way I see every race.

What I care about is showing these events as they actually feel: the effort, the focus, and the moment it all pays off. Photos worth more than a finisher medal, images athletes are proud to share and keep.
